Beach time

Haven’t been posting for a while :(

At the moment I‘m at the beach! It’s the Baltic Sea in Germany, means it isn’t that warm yet. Not warm enough to really swim but perfect for tanning!

Thoughts on brand comebacks

 Liz Lisa released some new items and in one skirt they used interesting fabric 

It’s really cute tbh and reminds me of one of the older Liz Lisa dresses. Sadly once again the cut itself is not my style at all. It’s nice to see Liz Lisa and other brands using fabrics similar to what they used to have but as long as the silhouette isn’t it, it doesn’t help me.

Also the D.i.a. Comeback! I haven’t talked about it since I don’t own any d.i.a., don’t know alot about it and it probably also doesn’t fit my current style.

But I am happy about it being back. I heard many opinions on it already. Most people are only excited for the belts since the new releases are adjusted to current styles. And yes we probably won’t see too many items that used to be trending back then but I still think it’s a start and who knows, the style could shift into this direction again and maybe other old brands will follow.

 Speaking of D.i.a. I saw a replica on aliex

Maybe someone’s interested. Sadly there are no reviews of it.

I bought two skirts some time ago and it turned out they didn’t exist so yeah… that makes it risky to buy items with no reviews I think.

Tanning time

 I finally started wearing my circle lenses. I really missed wearing lenses! They look super cute imo. They’re basically clear with black corners and it blends in nicely with my brown eyes.

I just realized that in this pic I’ve also been wearing the lashes I bought from aliex. I wore them before but haven’t talked about it. Okay so now my opinion: I LOVE them. I feel like all the other ones I own are too small and not as recognizable. These are alot better. I was using thinner lower lashes which is okay but I wanna try longer and thicker ones. The thin ones look nice in this combo with cl and popteen inspired styles. 

Anyways… I really wanna go heavier into amekaji and oldschool direction. I did buy some new clothes. Most of it didn’t arrive yet but I think with that I’m able to wear it daily(er) ← is that even a word?

I just wanted to show a pic of today’s meal:

It’s a Mexican style bowl with quinoa, beans, avocado cream tomato salad and grilled paprika. 

I got the inspo from a cookbook but the recipe included pumpkin instead of paprika. I honestly really dislike pumpkin and besides it isn’t pumpkin time anyway XD
